At Quantace Research & Capital Private Limited, refunds of research subscription fees are governed by the prevailing regulations, circulars, guidelines, and Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC) prescribed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), as amended from time to time.

All requests for cancellation or refund of research subscription fees shall be reviewed and processed in accordance with the applicable SEBI regulatory framework, MITC, and Terms of Service.

Subscribers are advised that investing in securities markets involves inherent market risks. Investment performance, including any profits or losses arising from investment decisions, is the responsibility of the subscriber. Refunds shall not be determined on the basis of investment performance or market outcomes.
