3. Financial Soundness:

• Quantace maintains a financially stable position, meeting the required net tangible asset and net worth criteria as stipulated by SEBI.
• We have no history of insolvency, bankruptcy, or financial mismanagement.

4. Ongoing Monitoring:

• Quantace will continuously monitor the status of its research analysts to ensure ongoing compliance with the "fit and proper" criteria.
• Any changes that could affect the "fit and proper" status of the company or its employees will be promptly reported to SEBI.

5. Regulatory Compliance:

• Quantace is fully compliant with all SEBI regulations and has a clean regulatory history, with no record of serious violations or unethical practices.
• Senior management is committed to maintaining these standards and ensuring that the company and its employees continue to be "fit and proper."
