Reference to past performance or superlative terms like "best" or "leading" unless factual awards from independent organizations are cited.
Any content that discredits other intermediaries or makes unfair comparisons.

Electronic and Audio-Visual Media

For audio-visual advertisements, the warning will be both visually displayed and verbally reiterated in a clear and understandable manner. Social media posts, SMS, and pop-ups will include a hyperlink to our website, where full disclaimers and details will be available.

Legal and Compliance Provisions

Quantace Research and Capital Private Limited will not:

Engage in schemes, competitions, or activities that promise prizes, gifts, or medals.
Publish advertisements during periods of SEBI suspension.
Use the SEBI logo in any advertisements.

Retention and Approvals

All advertisements will be retained for a period of five years, and prior approval will be obtained from SEBI-recognized supervisory bodies before publication.
