This policy applies to all employees of Quantace Research and Capital Private Limited. Given that Quantace employs fewer than 10 individuals, the organization falls under the jurisdiction of the Local Committee (LC) established by the district authorities for addressing grievances.

As Quantace grows, this policy will be updated to reflect changes in workforce size or operations. Should the organization expand to 10 or more employees, an Internal Committee (IC) will be formed as mandated by the SH Act.
This policy will be reviewed annually or as required to remain compliant with the SH Act and other relevant regulations.
